Sales Representative – LENBROOK CANADA – File # 560

General
Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position is responsible for providing a superior level of sales support and innovation as required within a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of territorial sales plan to meet and exceed objectives knowing your target group

  • Submitting weekly customer sales updates

  • Work closely with credit department to monitor accounts receivables

Sales Territory

  • Annual sales goal using standard “Dealer Strategy Meeting” agenda

People

  • Store detailing – as per description

  • Develop relationships and motivate retail sales staff

  • Make sales presentations including selling skills

  • Maintain a good and close relationship with all dealers in the territory

Place/Store Detailing

  • Ensure proper display and merchandising of product – ideally in prime locations of key stores. Summarize and report monthly on all key accounts 

Promotion/Events

  • Schedule Saturday consumer events and participate in dealer and industry trade shows that promote product awareness

  • Participate in end user sales calls (when necessary), following-up at each stage. Event marketing/conventions/trade shows with all key accounts 

Product/Training

  • Conducting P.K. (product knowledge) sessions regularly using Feature & Benefit sheets and “Lunch & Learn”, particularly upon the arrival of any new product (prior to shipping) 

  • Plan product launch events working closely with Director. Train retail personnel on an ongoing basis for all key accounts (to be determined and scheduled in association with Director).

Service

  • Ensure quality technical service for the product is available through local service centers

  • Ensure reasonable delivery and re-installation for all key customers
