Operations Administration Support — File # 550

Lenbrook is recruiting for the full-time position of Operations Administration support. This position reports to the Vice President of Corporate Services and works in the Operations/Administration team.

This position will be working on most aspects of general Operations/Facility management including cost management, maintenance contracts, renovations, workstation moves, security system, service and supply contract quotations, leases, asset management, corporate file storage co-ordination (internal and external), IT and Administrative supplies – inventory management and purchasing, operational agreements, and leasehold improvements. 

This position will also be working with the Administrative services team which provides Switchboard/reception services, telecom system management, fax administration, literature fulfillment, database updating, report generation, catering, internal/external mail processing, and corporate filing.

The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar operations role

  • Excellent verbal / written communication

  • Experience in negotiating and project leadership 

  • Flexible, adaptable, multi-task oriented, proactive

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Enjoys a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
